Directions
Make Nitro PEPSI Glazed Ribs: Remove membrane from ribs; rub with oil and season with pork rub. Let ribs stand 1 hour at room temperature before smoking.
Place saucepan over low heat and combine BBQ sauce and PEPSI. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; cool slightly and set aside.
Preheat a smoker according to manufacturer's directions for 275 degrees. Tear 3 sheets of aluminum foil to make a boat for ribs to lay in. Place ribs, bone sides down, in smoker. Smoke ribs 3-1/2 hours minutes or until ribs reach 203 degrees.
Brush ribs with glaze and return to smoker. Smoke 2 to 5 more minutes or until glaze caramelizes. Remove slabs from foil. Serve with coleslaw.
