No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

1 rounded tsp pumpkin pie spice | ||
⅔ c. milk | ||
1 (5 oz) prepared pie crust, optional | ||
1 c. whipped topping, plus additional for serving, if desired |
Directions
- Beat pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk together until combined. Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into pie crust or divide among 8 serving dishes or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Top with additional whipped topping, if desired, before serving.
