    1 tsp. imitation rum extract
    1 (14-oz.) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. lime zest
    3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, vanilla, and imitation rum extract with an electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).

    2. In another large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and thyme leaves.

    3. Gently fold whipped cream into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Spread mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
