No-Fail Peanut Butter Fudge

1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter* | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee butter | ||
3 ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee baking cocoa | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract |
Directions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring to combine, or until completely melted.
- Add powdered sugar, baking cocoa and vanilla; mix well. Spread evenly into a greased 8-inch square pan. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate 1 hour or until fudge is firm.
- *Variation: Use Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter in place of the Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter.
