If you don’t have self-rising flour, substitute with a mixture of ½ cup Hy-Vee all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon Hy-Vee baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.Working with your hands, form mixture into a ball. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to desired shape and thickness. Place onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with your favorite cheese and toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
