    4 ½ c. sliced firm pears, pared, cored
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select strawberry fruit spread
    5 packet(s) Splenda sweetener
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    2 (9 oz each) Hy-Vee frozen pie crusts, thawed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together pears, fruit spread, sweetener, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Spoon evenly into pie crust.
    3. Invert second pie crust on top of pear filling and gently shake crust out of foil.
    4. Crimp edges of pie crusts together. Using a fork, poke holes in crust to allow steam to escape.
    5. Bake pie for 1 hour. Remove and let pie cool 2 hours or overnight.
