½ c. chopped peanuts | ||
½ c. wheat germ | ||
1 tbsp. grated orange zest | ||
½ c. honey | ||
½ c. undiluted apple juice concentrate, thawed | ||
4 tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 c. raisins |
Directions
- Mix oats, peanuts, wheat germ and orange zest in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey and juice concentrate, tossing well to coat.
- Spread mixture in lightly greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon and raisins; cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Serve over yogurt, frozen yogurt, fruit or with milk.
