    Oatmeal
    1 c. Silk Oat Yeah! oatmilk
    1 tbsp. Silk Oat Yeah! oatmilk the vanilla one oatmilk creamer
    1 c. Hy-Vee quick-cooking oatmeal
    1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
    2 tbsp. quinoa, cooked, optional
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    Hy-Vee granola, for serving

    Directions

    1. Make the Dragon Fruit and Apple Compote: Whisk together Honeycrisp apple, dragon fruit puree, oatmilk creamer, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and cook until apples soften and sauce thickens, about 5 to 8 minutes; set aside.

    2. Make Oatmeal: Combine oatmilk and creamer in in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in the oatmeal, flax seed, cooked quinoa (optional), and cinnamon. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until cooked through.

    3. Serve hot oatmeal topped with Dragon Fruit and Apple Compote. Top with granola, if desired.
