    2 c. water
    2 c. Hy-Vee complete pancake & waffle mix
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ c. Craisins or raisins

      1. Combine all ingredients.
      2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
