    Crispy chicken tenders are easier to make than you think! Just bread them with ground oatmeal (yes, really!) and throw them in the air-fryer or oven.

    ½ c. honey mustard dressing
    1 (1-lbs.) Hy-Vee True boneless chicken breast tenders

    • Food processor or blender
    • 2 shallow bowls
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat a convection oven or air-fryer to 375 degrees. Pulse oats in a food processor or blender until ground; transfer to a shallow bowl. Place dressing in another shallow bowl. 

    2. Dip chicken breast tenders, one at a time, into dressing, then into oats. Bake or air-fry 15 minutes or until done (165 degrees).
