Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

½ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter | ||
⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
8 Hy-Vee bakery oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, crumbled | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries or Hy-Vee raisins |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and honey until creamy. Stir in crumbled cookies and dried cranberries. Press into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool completely. Lift bars out of pan with foil, peel off foil and cut into squares.
