    ¾ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 (11-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee butterscotch baking chips, divided

    • Large mixing bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugars and eggs until creamy.

    3. Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and quick oats.

    4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips. Spread in prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining butterscotch chips.

    5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
