    Directions

    1. Grill bratwurst over medium direct heat (350 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes or until bratwurst reach 160 degrees. If bratwurst begin to flame up, reduce heat to low. Cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, prepare cheese dip; place in serving bowl.

    2. Spread coarse ground mustard on insides of brat buns; add brats and cut sandwiches into thirds. Place any remaining ingredients in serving bowls if needed.

    3. Place bratwurst sandwiches in a corner on a large rectangular serving board or platter. Then arrange the cheese dip and remaining ingredients in a clockwise fashion on the board.
