Old-Fashioned Apple Salad

2 c. cored, unpeeled, and diced red apples | ||

¼ c. chopped walnuts | ||
½ c. Cool Whip Lite, thawed | ||
2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
1 tsp. lemon juice | ||
½ tsp. apple pie spice |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine apples, raisins, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, combine Cool Whip Lite, mayonnaise, lemon juice and apple pie spice.
- Add Cool Whip Lite mixture to apple mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
