Old-Time Green Bean Salad

2 (16 oz each) cans cut green beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped | ||
1 tbsp. bacon bits | ||
¼ c. dill pickle relish | ||
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes | ||
1 tsp. prepared mustard | ||
¼ tsp. black pepper | ||
¼ c. fat-free mayonnaise |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine green beans, egg, and bacon bits.
- In a small bowl, combine dill pickle relish, parsley flakes, mustard, black pepper, and mayonnaise.
- Add dressing mixture to green bean mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Genly stir again just before serving.
