1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature | ||
½ c. mayonnaise | ||
1 c. stuffed olives, chopped | ||
½ c. pecans, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. olive juice, optional | ||
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste | ||
assorted crackers, for serving |
Directions
- Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
- Fold in chopped olives, pecans and olive juice. Season with pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving on crackers.
