1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
½ c. mayonnaise
1 c. stuffed olives, chopped
½ c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. olive juice, optional
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
assorted crackers, for serving

Directions

  1. Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
  2. Fold in chopped olives, pecans and olive juice. Season with pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate before serving on crackers.
