Directions
Cut dough into 2 even pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a 12x12-inch circle. Transfer to prepared pans. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and lightly floured; let rise in a warm draft-free place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

To freeze dough: Shape dough as desired. Instead of letting rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.Preheat oven to 375 degrees and top pizza as desired. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is baked through and toppings are warm. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
