¼ tsp. coarsely ground Hy-Vee sea salt
¼ tsp. coarsely ground Hy-Vee black pepper

Things To Grab

  • 12-in. skillet
  • Paper towels
  • Tongs
  • Silicone or metal spatula
  • Large microwave-safe bowl

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels; season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops for 2 to 4 minutes or until pork is golden on both sides, turning halfway through. Remove pork chops from skillet; cover and keep warm.

  2. Add chicken broth to skillet. Scrape and stir brown bits from bottom of skillet. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until broth has evaporated.

  3. Stir in the heavy cream. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened and reduced by one-third.

  4. Stir cheese, ¼ cup parsley and paprika into cream mixture. Return cooked pork chops to the skillet, nestling them in the sauce. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes more or until pork chops reach 145 degrees. Meanwhile, steam beans in microwave according to pkg. directions; cover to keep warm.

  5. To serve, garnish pork chops with additional parsley. Serve green beans.
