Directions
Add chicken broth to skillet. Scrape and stir brown bits from bottom of skillet. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until broth has evaporated.
Stir in the heavy cream. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened and reduced by one-third.
Stir cheese, ¼ cup parsley and paprika into cream mixture. Return cooked pork chops to the skillet, nestling them in the sauce. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes more or until pork chops reach 145 degrees. Meanwhile, steam beans in microwave according to pkg. directions; cover to keep warm.
To serve, garnish pork chops with additional parsley. Serve green beans.
