Directions
Combine reserved 3/4 cup pasta water, 1-1/2 cups three cheese blend, and cream in same saucepan. Cook and stir just until cheese melts. Stir in pasta mixture, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. Cook and stir until heated through (165 degrees).
Serve pasta garnished with additional cheese blend, crushed red pepper, and/or black pepper, if desired.
