1 (2 oz) envelope Hy-Vee onion soup mix | ||
2 lbs. Hy-Vee russet potatoes, cut into large chunks | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Pour potatoes into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Discard bag.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
