    4 whole wheat English muffins, split
    2 (4.5 oz each) cans very-low-sodium albacore tuna in water, drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
    ¼ c. finely diced sweet onion
    ¼ c. finely diced celery
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% mozzarella cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Arrange English muffin halves on a baking sheet; set aside.
    2. Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Spoon 2 tablespoon tuna mixture on each muffin half. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese.
    3. Broil on HIGH for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
