4 whole wheat English muffins, split | ||
2 (4.5 oz each) cans very-low-sodium albacore tuna in water, drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
¼ c. finely diced sweet onion | ||
¼ c. finely diced celery | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% mozzarella cheese, divided |
Directions
- Arrange English muffin halves on a baking sheet; set aside.
- Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Spoon 2 tablespoon tuna mixture on each muffin half. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese.
- Broil on HIGH for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
