1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange marmalade | ||
¾ tsp. stone ground mustard | ||
pinch Hy-Vee salt | ||
pinch Hy-Vee ginger |
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a greased broiler pan.
- Broil 6 to 8 inches from the heat for 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together marmalade, mustard, salt and ginger. Brush over fish.
- Broil an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
