    3 ½ lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee flour
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. allspice
    ½ c. Hy-Vee margarine, softened
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee mini marshmallows

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place cubed sweet potatoes in an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over potatoes.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
    4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top of potatoes.
    5. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted.
