Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, vanilla extract, honey, orange zest, ginger, white pepper and salt. Gradually whisk in oil. Cover and chill for 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Refrigerate vinaigrette for up to 1 week.
