    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    2. Place pork chops on their sides in skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until stuffing reaches 165 degrees, turning halfway through.

    3. Transfer stuffed chops to a serving tray. Loosely cover with foil and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
