Directions
- Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. Griddle is ready when drops of water dance around a few seconds before evaporating.
- Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl until blended.
- Bake on hot lightly greased griddle using slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden.
- To reheat, microwave pancakes on HIGH until hot.
