1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained | ||
⅓ c. sliced green onion | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
½ c. cauliflower florets, chopped |
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine pineapple, chicken, green onion, salad dressing, lemon juice, papaya and cauliflower. Mix well and cover.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
