2 c. chicken broth | ||
1 tsp. dried parsley | ||
1 (5.9 oz) box Near East Parmesan couscous mix | ||
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- In a medium skillet, heat oil. Sauté onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in broth and parsley. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in couscous. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.
