½ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peas and water; cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Drain.
- In an oven-safe dish, combine peas and remaining ingredients. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
