    4 (8 oz each) halibut steaks
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee seasoned breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Dip each steak into dressing to coat; place on greased baking sheet.
    3. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and cheese. Top each steak with breadcrumb mixture to coat.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
