Directions
In a small bowl, combine buttermilk powder, dried minced onion, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and white pepper; set aside.
Place a chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Pound chicken into an even thickness; place in prepared pan. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
Place Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon Homemade Ranch Powder in a small bowl; whisk to combine. Spread mixture evenly over chicken breasts. Top with bread crumbs.

Add the bread crumbs to a skillet over medium-low heat and toast instead of using store-bought bread crumbs.Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve immediately.
