Directions
- Coat each tilapia fillet evenly with dijonaise. Press each fillet into coating mix until evenly coated.
- Heat 3/4 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place 2 fillets in skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining 3/4 tablespoon olive oil and 2 fillets.
