    4 tilapia fillets
    ¼ c. Hellmann's Dijonnaise
    1 envelope(s) Shake' N Bake Parmesan crusted coating mix
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil, divided

    Directions

    1. Coat each tilapia fillet evenly with dijonaise. Press each fillet into coating mix until evenly coated.
    2. Heat 3/4 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place 2 fillets in skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining 3/4 tablespoon olive oil and 2 fillets.
