1 (10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu | ||
½ c. water | ||
¼ tsp. salt | ||
¼ tsp. pepper | ||
¼ tsp. garlic powder | ||
½ tsp. Italian seasoning | ||
1 tbsp. dried parsley | ||
3 c. cooked tiny pasta, such as alphabets, orzo, etc. | ||
½ c. finely diced onion |
Directions
- Puree silken tofu, water, salt, pepper and garlic powder in blender until smooth.
- Add Italian seasoning and dried parsley and whirl just to mix.
- Put pasta and onion in medium mixing bowl. Pour tofu mixture over and stir to coat the pasta.
- Place pasta mixture in large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until the bottom of pasta is starting to brown.
- Stir with a spatula. Cook 4 to 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently, until pasta pieces are golden and separate from each other. Serve at once.
