    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, divided
    2 (7-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    ½ apple, cored and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices
    Powdered sugar, optional

    Directions

    1. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter over each tortilla. On one tortilla, lay apple slices and top with remaining tortilla, peanut butter-side down.
    2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and brown quesadilla over medium-high heat, flipping once. Cut into 4 wedges.
