    1 c. peanut butter
    1 container(s) nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1 c. raisins
    1 dash(es) cinnamon
    Fresh apples, for dipping

    Directions

    1. Mash the banana in a medium bowl. Stir in peanut butter, yogurt, raisins and cinnamon.
    2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir well before serving.
    3. Serve with sliced apples.
