1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Select petite green peas, thawed | ||
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil | ||
Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shallots until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add thawed peas. Cook and stir until peas are heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
