1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces | ||
3 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sweetened flake coconut | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee nutmeg | ||
Hy-Vee honey, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together oil, brown sugar, eggs and pecans.
- Add oats, baking powder, milk, blueberries, coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with honey if desired.
