Pepper-Jack Bacon Burgers

1 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee steak sauce | ||
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
5 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
2 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepper Jack cheese slices, cut into quarters and divided | ||
4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns |
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- Combine beef, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce and bacon in a large bowl. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Divide mixture in half.
- Divide each half into 4 thin patties each. Top 4 of the patties with 2 quarters of cheese.
- Top each with remaining patties, sealing seams.
- Grill covered 15 minutes, turning occasionally or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
