    ½ c. Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of chicken condensed soup
    ½ c. Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, divided
    4 4 Hy-Vee burrito-sized refrigerated flour tortillas
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepper jack cheese
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Colby cheese
    1 c. cooked chicken breast, shredded, divided

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and diced tomatoes.

    2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tortilla to skillet and top with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices Colby cheese, 1/4 cup tomato mixture and 1/4 cup chicken. Fold tortilla in half; cook until golden and cheese is melted, turning once during cooking.

    3. Repeat with remaining butter and ingredients.
