Directions
Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tortilla to skillet and top with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices Colby cheese, 1/4 cup tomato mixture and 1/4 cup chicken. Fold tortilla in half; cook until golden and cheese is melted, turning once during cooking.
Repeat with remaining butter and ingredients.
