1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3) | ||
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ tsp. sea salt | ||
1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper |
Directions
- To make salsa, stir together strawberries, pineapple, cilantro, lime juice and honey. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Rub chicken breasts with oil. Sprinkle each with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve with strawberry salsa.
