8 tbsp. purchased pesto, divided | ||
1 ⅓ c. broccoli rabe, steamed, divided | ||
2 c. Brussels sprouts leaves, divided | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided | ||
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare Garlic-and-Herb-Crusted Pizza dough according to recipe.
- Spread pesto over each crust; top with steamed broccoli rabe, Brussels sprouts leaves and cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in 425-degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until bubbly.
