¼ c. refrigerated pesto | ||
2 plum tomatoes, cut into 12 slices | ||
Fresh basil, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on each baguette slice. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto on top of cheese. Top each with 1 tomato slice.
- Place the crostini on a baking sheet and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Top with fresh basil, if desired, and serve warm.
