8 B-sized red potatoes, boiled | ||
8 cherry tomatoes | ||
4 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes | ||
¼ c. store-bought pesto |
Directions
- Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Slice meat into 8 pieces.
- Alternate threading meat, cooked potatoes and tomatoes on skewers. Brush with pesto.
- Grill over high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
