Directions
In a measuring cup, stir together beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over cooked beef and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the beef, cover the skillet with a lid, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Toast hamburger buns, if desired. Scoop sloppy joes mixture onto buns and serve.
