    8 oz. uncooked Hy-Vee bow-tie pasta
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese
    ½ c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa
    1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    2 medium green onions, sliced
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, olives, tomato and green onions.
    3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    4. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
