8 oz. uncooked Hy-Vee bow-tie pasta | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese | ||
½ c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee salsa | ||
1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped | ||
2 medium green onions, sliced | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, olives, tomato and green onions.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
