1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas | ||
¼ c. chopped red onion | ||
4 slice(s) precooked bacon, crumbled | ||
⅓ c. Almond Accents almonds | ||
¾ c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
¼ c. sugar | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cider vinegar |
Directions
- Mix broccoli, cauliflower, peas, onion, bacon and almonds together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
- Stir dressing into vegetable mixture to coat.
- Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
