¼ c. toasted coconut* | ||
2 tbsp. chopped macadamia nuts | ||
Fresh pineapple chunks |
Directions
- Combine yogurt, coconut and macadamia nuts in small bowl.
- Dip fresh pineapple chunks into dipping sauce.
- *To toast coconut, spread coconut in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
