½ tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
1 c. diced fresh pineapple | ||
1 c. red globe grapes, halved | ||
¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee smoked almonds | ||
2 c. Dole classic salad mix |
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey and mustard. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, grapes and almonds.
- On each of 4 salad plates, arrange 1/2 cup salad mix. Top each with 1/2 cup pineapple mixture.
- Drizzle with pineapple juice mixture.
