2 tbsp. Hy-Vee apricot preserves | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey mustard | ||
1 (1 pound) ham steak |
Directions
- Stir together juice, preserves and mustard in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; stir. Cool to room temperature.
- Combine mustard mixture and steak in a resealable bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Turn; grill an additional 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
