1 avocado, peeled and diced | ||
1 c. halved grape tomatoes or quartered cherry tomatoes | ||
½ jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced | ||
½ c. defrosted frozen corn kernels | ||
½ c. sliced green onions (about 2) | ||
½ c. roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves | ||
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 2 small limes) | ||
¼ tsp. salt |
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
