1 (15 oz) can no-sodium or low-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ½ c. finely diced fresh pineapple
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 c. halved grape tomatoes or quartered cherry tomatoes
½ jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
½ c. defrosted frozen corn kernels
½ c. sliced green onions (about 2)
½ c. roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 2 small limes)
¼ tsp. salt

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
